Our signature home-made tomatillo sauce is the perfect blend of smoky roasted tomatillos, fresh cilantro and spicy serrano chilis.
1. In a dutch oven, place the chicken broth, pork shoulder and diced white onion, bring up to a simmer and place in a 375 degree oven for 3 hours or until the pork is fork tender.
2. Place on the stove and add the Mi Tierra tomatillo sauce, bring to a simmer
3. Heat the tortillas and fill each tortilla with the Green Chile Pork Stew
4. Top with any of the optional garnishes
